Meetings will be arranged within 10 working days of receipt of payment. For the purposes of the rest of this document, this will simply be referred to as ‘pre-application advice’. Pre-plan planning applications TDP provides a pre-planning application service to residents and developers, where transport advice can be provided on development proposals before their submission to the local planning authority as a planning application. *First payment of the fee must be received before any meeting or written advice is provided (see procedure section above).
